All materials are food grade and food safe. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER. Mild soap and water for cleaning. For care and maintenance, utilize a cutting board mineral oil and wax that is food grade and safe. 

It is Not Recommended to cut on the epoxy side of any serving board.
